David Morin
Transform Compassion Fatigue Into Profound Connection.
I help medical and hospice caregivers overcome emotional burnout with the power of poetry and connection.

In high-stakes environments, the human cost is immense.
Your team is facing exhaustion, numbness, and disconnection. But the answer isn’t to bypass the pain—it’s to move with it. We need powerful, human-first tools that help our people on the front lines of life and death to process emotional complexity, witness their depth, and reconnect to the meaning in their work.David’s approach blends emotionally resonant poetry, trauma-informed presence, and the power of witnessing into a restorative experience. Audiences leave with a new framework to see grief not as a problem to be solved, but as a portal to deeper connection, purpose, and lasting resilience.

“You created a safe container for my pain to exist, to be fully seen... You helped me sit with my pain in a safe space. That’s the transformation I received. There are no amount of money or amount of words I can give you to thank you enough.”— Olestine T., Attorney

Witnessing, Not Fixing.
From emotionally powerful performances to immersive, interactive workshops, David moves audiences from passive listeners to active participants because he speaks to the human behind every title. His guiding philosophy is less about fixing people and more about creating a profoundly safe space for them to excavate their own wisdom. Cancer support groups, hospice teams, and prison rehabilitation facilitators trust David to help them transform burnout and compassion fatigue into the kind of profound connection that brought them to their work in the first place.
"What you created... was a very visceral experience that acknowledged the intellect and cut right past it... I have never experienced anything quite like it."— Ian M., Coach
